The main structure and use of blowing film machine.

Main structure It is mainly composed of extruder, head, die head, cooling device, bubble stabilizing frame, hermitage plate, traction roll, take-up device,winding unit etc.

Extruder

The extruder is mainly composed of screw, barrel and hopper, reducer andmain motor. The driving motor adopts AC motor work with gearbox through the belt drive to make the screw rotate in the barrel. Make its hopper plastic particles in the case of external heating molten plastic through three-way filtration from the die head die mouth to squeeze

Die head

This unit selects the advanced spiral die head structure, according to the particularity of high pressure, low pressure, mixed material, recycled material polyethylene material,  comprehensive consideration, design the spiral Angle, slope Angle, shaping Angle length, mold opening and other main technical parameters, after many comparative tests to select and finalize.

Cooling plant

It is composed of cooling air ring, air pipe andAir blower.

Take-up device

It is composed of traction frame, herringbone plate,gusset , traction motor and rollers Application.It tract film from die head ,and pass it to winding device. The speed of take up is controller by inverter .

Winding device

Winding unit is made by torque motor ,torque meter ,winding steel roller and rubber roller,rewinding roller.
