Extrusion: The raw materials are melted and homogenized in the extruder reach to die head .After add air from air blower ,tube film come out then pass to take up unit.

Take up is made of rubber roller ,embassy roller ,steel roller ,A-frame ,gusset .

Cooling: The film is immediately cooled down, which helps it solidify and maintain the desired shape.

Winding: The produced biodegradable film is wound into rolls, making it easy to handle and transport.

Quality Control: Throughout the process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure the film meets the required specifications, including thickness, strength, and other relevant properties.

Biodegradability: The resulting film, made from the specified biodegradable materials, will break down naturally in the environment over time, reducing its impact on the ecosystem.
