ThePP film blowing machine uses a downblowing water cooling method to produce films.

PP film blowing machine Screw and Motor: The machine's screw is made of high-quality alloy material. The motor drives the gearbox through a belt, which allows the screw to rotate at high speed. Polypropylene (PP) raw material is fed into the machine. Inside the screw, the PP material undergoes plasticization by heating .

PP film blowing machine Extrusion: The molten PP material is then extruded through the die head, which is a specially designed opening that shapes the molten plastic into a thin film. After the extrusion process, the hot film is immediately subjected to downblowing water cooling. Different film widths may require different sizes cooling jacket. The water cooling method helps to rapidly cool down the film, enhancing its transparency and overall quality. In countries with very high ambient temperatures, it may be necessary to equip the machine with a cold water tower or chiller. This additional cooling equipment helps maintain the proper temperature during the film production process, leading to improved film quality. PP film blowing machine Traction and Winding: After cooling, the film is guided through a traction device, which controls its speed and ensures smooth transportation to the winding site. The winding process is crucial for the quality of the final film product. If customers requiring single pieces of material, the double winding device is recommended. It can split the film into two layers and wind it up separately, enabling the production of single-layer film rolls.
